By accessing or using LoveType, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

LoveType is a relationship personality assessment web application. Users complete a 48-question assessment, and the system uses an automated personality assessment system to analyze responses and map users to one of 16 LoveType personalities. The service includes free features such as the personality assessment, personality results, dimension profiles, strengths, communication style, personality browsing, LoveType Fit matching, and shareable result links.

LoveType is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please do not use LoveType.

The following features are available free of charge: the 48-question relationship personality assessment, personality result, personality overview, dimension profile, strengths, communication style, browsing and previewing all 16 personality types, LoveType Fit matching, and shareable result links.

Premium features are available as a one-time purchase of US$4.99 and include: Who Matches You Best, Relationship Style, Potential Challenges, Relationship Blueprint, Green Flags and Red Flags, Personalized Love Guidance, and PDF Report.

Premium access requires a one-time payment of US$4.99. Payments are processed by Creem, a third-party payment provider. By purchasing Premium, you agree to pay the stated price and authorize Creem to process the payment on our behalf.

All Premium purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or payment-provider policy. This is a one-time purchase for the Premium report generated from your assessment. If you experience payment issues, please contact us at tt0935677@gmail.com for support.

Premium access provides a complete downloadable report and a secure report link associated with your purchase. The report link is access-controlled and may be reissued through support after order validation. Please keep your downloaded PDF as your primary permanent copy.

You agree not to misuse the LoveType service, including but not limited to: attempting to access the service through unauthorized means, interfering with the operation of the service, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

Unless otherwise stated, the content, design, software, and original materials provided through LoveType — including the brand, website design, personality system, personality names, descriptions, questions, and visual design — are owned by or licensed to the operator of LoveType. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without permission.

Your test responses are processed locally in your browser. We do not collect or store your individual question-level answers on the server side. If you purchase Premium, we store only the derived result summary and order metadata required to provide purchased report access.

LoveType personality results are intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and general relationship exploration purposes only. The results do not constitute medical advice, psychological diagnosis, professional counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or mental health treatment. The Premium Relationship Guidance is also not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy.

LoveType does not provide professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. The personality assessment and related content are for informational and entertainment purposes only. If you need professional advice, please consult a qualified professional.

We strive to keep LoveType available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

LoveType uses third-party services including Google Analytics for usage measurement and Creem for payment processing. These services operate under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LoveType and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

We may change, add, or remove features of the LoveType service at any time. We may also change the pricing of Premium features for future purchases, though existing purchases will retain the features included at the time of purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of LoveType after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to LoveType at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you.
